New Intellectual Property Law Firm Opens
March 8, 2012 (Roanoke, VA/Cambridge, MA) – Rhodes IP PLC Founder Christopher Rhodes and Cambridge IP Attorney Robert Donahoe announced formation of the intellectual property law firm Rhodes Donahoe, P.C. with offices in Roanoke, VA and Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. The two attorneys, former colleagues at a Cambridge, MA intellectual property law firm, bring over 20 years of combined experience in intellectual property law to the new firm.
Dr. Rhodes and Mr. Donahoe have practices in chemistry/biotechnology and electrical/computer science, respectively, and they will continue to serve clients in the U.S. and throughout the world in these growing technology sectors.
“With the new office in Cambridge, we can better serve existing clients located in Massachusetts and elsewhere in New England and also support new clients in the region. The office locations in Roanoke and Greater Boston provide us with a local presence in two of the most innovative regions in the country. Rhodes Donahoe P.C.’s current practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, licensing, counseling, opinions, due diligence and technology transfer matters. The firm’s patent practice covers a diverse set of industries, with a current emphasis on biotechnology, consumer products, materials science, therapeutics, chemical and medical instrumentation, video and graphics processing, integrated micro-sensing systems, circuit design and computer hardware and software.
