Courtney Lynch is the Founder of Lead Star, a company dedicated to providing leadership development opportunities to those in leading corporations, nonprofits and colleges and universities. She is the co-author of Leading from the Front, a best-selling leadership book, which is based on her experiences as a Marine and as a private sector professional. A successful entrepreneur, Courtney has been a featured guest on FOX, CNBC, CNN and her efforts to spark a national dialogue on the topic of leadership have been noted in publications ranging from Business Week to The New York Times. She resides in Glen Allen, Virginia with her husband and three children.
